is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization leading its national partners and Donate Life State Teams to increase the number of donated organs, eyes and tissues available to save and heal lives through transplantation while developing a culture where donation is embraced as a fundamental human responsibility.

Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO)

is saving and improving lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation, by leading the nation’s organ donation process through innovation, advocacy, and education. AOPO advances organ donation and transplantation by driving continual improvement of the donation process, collaborating with stakeholders and sharing best practices with their Organ Procurement Organization members.

United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS)

is the mission-driven non-profit serving as the nation’s transplant system under contract with the federal government. Department of Health & Human Services , Division of Transplantation (DOT)

is the primary federal entity responsible for oversight of the organ and blood stem cell transplant systems in the U.S., and for initiatives to increase organ donor registration and donation.

American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB)

is the premier standard-setting body promoting the safety and use of donated human tissue. AATB supports the advancement of tissue bank professionals and tissue banking technologies so no one suffers from the lack of donated human tissue.

Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA)

is a non-profit that champions the restoration of sight through donation, transplantation and research. The nationally recognized accrediting and standards setting body for eye banks.
